Environmental Initiatives

Lead has been widely used as a lubricating medium in the field of self-lubricating bearings. SHCM has invested significant human and material resources into the R&D of "Lead Removal and Performance Enhancement." This effort has culminated in the successful upgrade and improvement of our products. Our environmentally friendly alternatives have gained recognition from a broad customer base and have been exported multiple times to countries including those in Europe and America, meeting the stringent requirements of international clients.

Cutting fluid from mechanical processing is collected and recycled in a closed-loop system. The waste fluid is subsequently treated and disposed of by licensed hazardous waste management companies.

Dedicated, enclosed areas with fume purification and dust removal systems are in place for production processes involving overlay welding and heat treatment to control air emissions.

A fully closed-loop water circulation system is implemented for production processes requiring water, including brazing, sintering, and testing operations. This system meets all production needs while conserving water resources.
