Intelligent Operation and Maintenance
In response to the national strategy for developing "new quality productive forces" and the requirements outlined in the State Council's Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the "Artificial Intelligence +" Initiative (State Document No. 11, 2025), SHCM has, over the past two years, leveraged the "Shenzhen IoT" service platform to focus on the development of "Intelligent Bearing Operation and Maintenance Services," building a comprehensive supporting technology and service system. Currently, intelligent operation and maintenance services for thrust bearings have been successfully implemented in hydropower stations such as Gongzui. Services for more application scenarios are in the simulation testing phase, with the overarching goal of constructing an intelligent ecosystem centered on thrust bearings, encompassing "perception-decision-optimization."
This service integrates three core capabilities—monitoring, regulation, and diagnostics—utilizing the "Shenzhen IoT" service platform to achieve big data transmission, storage, and personalized analysis and diagnostics. In the field of composite plain bearings for hydroelectric units, it precisely addresses the latent pain points of power stations. Tailored standards for safe and efficient operation can be established based on unit characteristics, enabling real-time monitoring and control of optimal bearing operating conditions. This helps power stations reduce operation and maintenance costs, enhance operational efficiency, and aligns with the policy direction of intelligent upgrades for industrial equipment.
