FZB03 Elastic Metal-Plastic Bearings and Assemblies

This product represents a new generation of composite bearings, formed by securely bonding a low-friction, high-wear-resistant self-lubricating composite material—produced through sintering and plasticizing via compression molding of metal wire elastic pads and reinforced modified PTFE—to steel backing base various geometric shapes using soldering technology.

Water-Lubricated Bearings and Assemblies

This product is composed of a high-wear-resistant, water-lubricated composite material. This material is formed by combining high-strength fibers and a high-wear-resistant special engineering plastic-reinmodified polymer matrix with a metal wire mesh pad. It is then reliably bonded to steel base of various geometric shapes using a vacuum tin-impregnated soldering process.

FZB06 Series Self-Lubricating Bearings and Assemblies

This bearing is a composite component featuring a base material of low-carbon cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, or copper plate. The working surface is a sintered bronze alloy layer impregnated with solid lubricants. The product represents a significant upgrade from the previous FZ-6 model. FZB05 Series Copper Alloy Inlaid Self-Lubricating Bearings and Assemblies

The FZB05 bearing is engineered with a high-strength copper alloy as its base matrix. A key feature is a uniform array of through-holes or blind holes machined into this base, which are filled with solid lubricant. Additionally, a solid lubricant film is applied to the bearing's friction surface to aid in the initial run-in period.
