The FZB-MC Series Engineering Plastic Alloy Self-Lubricating Slide Shoe is a new-generation self-lubricating bearing product developed through the enhanced modification of monomer-cast nylon (MC nylon) with rare earth elements and various additives. This material innovation successfully overcomes the traditional drawbacks of the base material, such as low load capacity, poor dimensional stability, high water absorption, and unstable friction coefficient.

By applying modern polymer material modification technology, this next-generation product is now widely used in hydraulic machinery and equipment. It offers significant advantages, including excellent self-lubrication, high impact resistance, effective friction reduction, superior wear resistance, and relatively high load-bearing strength.

Product Features

The FZB-MC series bearings exhibit high compressive strength and strong impact resistance. They offer excellent self-lubrication, superior wear resistance, high resistance to scoring and gouging, good corrosion resistance, and a long service life.

These bearings feature a low friction coefficient, which remains nearly identical under both dry and water-lubricated conditions. A key characteristic is that the friction coefficient tends to decrease as the linear load increases. This property helps improve the load distribution on the mating track, preventing damage caused by uneven or concentrated loading.

Product Applications

This product is widely used as the main slide shoe, reverse slide shoe, and side slide shoe in various types of gates and trash racks. It is also specifically applied as the seal slide shoe in plane (sluice) gates.
