1991 Established "Dalian Jinzhou Composite Material Bearing Factory." Successfully developed and began production of FZB01 PTFE steel-backed composite material and FZB02 POM steel-backed composite material bearings.
1992 Registered and founded "Dalian Sanhuan Composite Material Technology Development Company" in the Dalian High-Tech Industrial Park.
1993 Successfully developed the FZB03 elastic metal-plastic bearing pad.
1994 Successfully developed the FZB05 copper alloy inlaid self-lubricating bearing.
1999 Successfully developed the FZB06 bimetal self-lubricating bearing. The FZB05 series replaced imported products in the Three Gorges Project.
2000 Successfully developed the FZB08 high-strength composite slideway and self-lubricating spherical plain bearing.
2003 Restructured the company, establishing "Dalian Sanhuan Composite Material Technology Development Co., Ltd."
2004 Founded "Dalian Sanhuan Company Composite Bearing Manufacturing Plant," specializing in the production of elastic metal-plastic bearing pads. Established "Liaoyuan Sanhuan Self-lubricating Bearing Co., Ltd.," specializing in the production of spherical plain bearings. Spherical plain bearings replaced imported products in the Three Gorges Project.
2006 Received the National Torch Program Innovation Fund from the Ministry of Science and Technology (successfully accepted in 2008). Launched its first sliding bearing for wind turbines.
2008 "Aramid Fiber Reinforced Composite Material and Its Bearing Products" was included in the National Torch Plan.
2009 The R&D Center was recognized by the Dalian Science and Technology Bureau as one of the first municipal-level Engineering Technology Research Centers. Rated as one of the "Top Ten Innovative Growing Stars" by the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.
2010 Recognized as an "Enterprise Technology Center" by the Dalian Economic and Information Technology Commission.
2011 Completed the Phase I industrial park construction and relocated to the Sanshilipu Habor Industril Park, Puwan New District, Dalian, achieving resource integration.
2012 Signed an equity transfer and joint venture contract with OILES Corporation, establishing a Sino-foreign joint venture.
2014 Served as the lead unit in revising the industry standard for elastic metal-plastic bearing pads for hydro-generator units.
2015 Terminated the agreement with OILES and restructured into a domestic joint-stock company.
2017 Became a listed enterprise on the NEEQ.
2018 Successfully developed the nuclear main pump bearing.
2020 Digital bearings were applied in the 700MW Laxiwa Hydropower Station.
2021 Sliding bearings for wind turbines were applied in Goldwind's 16MW load test rig.
2022 The Digital Bearing System was unanimously assessed by an expert panel as "achieving an advanced international level, with some results reaching international leading standards."
2023 Registered and established a Chengdu subsidiary, launching the Shenzhen IoT service platform. The Hydro Unit 2+3 Intelligent Bearing System and Digital Bearing System achieved supporting applications in multiple power stations.
2024 Signed a prototype contract for wind turbine sliding main shaft systems with CSSC , and established collaborations with multiple OEMs to promote the application of sliding bearings in large-scale wind turbine main shaft systems.
