This slide shoe is characterized by high load capacity, excellent friction reduction and wear resistance, self-lubrication, maintenance-free operation, good dimensional stability, and a long service life. During operation against the mating track, the primary wear occurs on the slide shoe itself, thereby offering effective protection to the track. The slide shoe possesses a moderate elasticity, which improves the contact condition with the track and reduces excessive contact stress caused by manufacturing tolerances, installation errors, or deformation. Its integrated clamping groove design eliminates the need for additional grooves required when using other traditional materials, simplifying the overall structure. It can be directly bolted onto the gate, which simplifies installation, removal, and replacement procedures while also reducing installation and maintenance costs.
