Product Features

The product features an integrated double-sided composite structure.

The friction surface on the top of the pad is bonded with TF330 Special Engineering Plastic. This layer exhibits low friction, high wear resistance, high load capacity, strong impact resistance, compatibility with water lubrication, resistance to nuclear radiation, and high reliability.

The bottom surface of the pad is bonded with a heat-blocking plastic layer. This ensures the stability and operational performance of the thrust bearing under special conditions where the water temperature rises sharply.

The overall product is designed to operate safely in extreme working environments characterized by high temperatures and high ambient pressure.


Product Applications

The product is primarily designed for water-lubricated bearings in the Reactor Coolant Pumps (RCPs) within the primary circuit systems of nuclear island at nuclear power plants, where it operates reliably under nuclear radiation conditions.

Beyond this critical application, it is also suitable for thrust-supporting rotating machinery components in various other vital equipment, including: hydroelectric generator units, water pumps, gear reducers, marine vessels, additionally, the product can be used in oil-lubricated RCPs and other important equipment that demands exceptional performance and reliability.
