The FZB05 series self-lubricating bearings deliver superior friction and wear performance, characterized by a low friction coefficient and high load capacity. Specifically, the FZB053 variant utilizes a proprietary high-strength copper alloy independently developed and optimized by SHCM. This special material achieves a yield strength of 520 MPa and a hardness of 200 HB, providing exceptional load-bearing capability. It remains operational under extreme heavy loads where conventional copper alloys fail, while maintaining equally outstanding friction-reduction properties.
